CROSSFIT

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease & training of soldiers. We scale load & intensity; we don’t change programs. CROSSFIT (for beginners)

Trying out your first CrossFit class can feel intimidating. We welcome and have a passion for bringing new people in. We will modify and scale any CrossFit workout to fit your fitness and skill level. We also offer and sometimes require one-on-one skill sessions if you are new to CrossFit. Bottom line is: don’t let the perception scare you away; we are here to help you!

Body HIIT Fit

Body HIIT Fit is a Results Focused Total Body Conditioning Program using Bodyweight Movements, Kettlebells, Stationary Bikes, Rowers, Dumbbells, and much more. Designed for High Calorie Burn, Weight Loss, Muscle Definition, Toning, Endurance, Conditioning and Flexibility. All exercises and movements can be modified to fit your personal needs. No prior fitness experience needed to join us. Each class is held in a Coach Led Group Setting to Motivate and bring you an Exceptional Fitness Experience. OPEN GYM

During “Open Gym” you can work on your own workouts and programming, work on your weaknesses or scroll through any of the workouts we have programmed since inception or one you missed. Our coaches or owner will be happy to design a workout for you, but only official class times will have a full hour of instruction. Open gym is best used during non-class times, but you can workout during class times so long as you respect the class.

MILITARY RECRUIT TRAINING

This program is specifically designed to prepare young adults mentally and physically for the military branch of their choosing. We work directly with OFFICIAL local military recruiting commands, and the South Florida Naval Special Warfare Mentor. We also host and help with events for our personal friends and founders of our charities of choice: SEAL Strong and The Brian Bill Foundation. Please ask if you would like references from current and former SF operators we have trained.

NUTRITION

At Sphinx CrossFit, we believe that most fitness professionals downplay the importance of nutrition because it does not make them money or they don’t have the knowledge. Sphinx CrossFit hosts regular nutrition classes, offers personalized meal plans and advice, and sells healthy pre-made, pre-cooked meals in-house. It is our goal to see you succeed in your health and fitness journey, and we are happy to discuss your nutrition needs and wants at anytime. We could geek out for days on nutrition; so don’t hesitate to ask us. We also highly recommend you check out Squat Therapy for your nutrition needs.

SPHINX KIDS & TEENS

Our mission is to impact the lives of young people through physical fitness that helps to build self esteem and to forge self confidence. The needs of 2nd graders and high schoolers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full kids. We have kids as young as 4 and teens as old as 17. We have teens who have moved up to scaled adult classes with age and experience.

GOLF FIT

The goal of Golf Fit is to create a fitter, stronger, better performing golfer through constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity and how specific explosive skill movements effect fast twitch muscles that are crucial to your golf game! Powerful explosive movements outside of the golf course correlate to improved fast twitch muscles on the golf course. All exercises and movements can be modified to fit your personal needs. No prior fitness experience needed to join us.
